Refund Process: If you request a refund, here’s what we promise to do:

Provide a full refund
Pay up to 5% of the product price in return shipping costs (upon safe arrival of the returned item)

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
Only one dosage may be used from the returned item(s).
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
We will not accept returns or refunds if:
You changed your mind.
The packaging is different than expected.
Any reason other than those listed in the allowed return section.
If an item is returned and is found not to be Shop Pet Care’s fault, we will resend the correct item.
Process for Approved Returns & Refunds: If you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order ID. We will exchange the item free of charge. Return shipping fees will be initially paid by you and later refunded up to the value of 5% of the item’s purchase price once received.
