NexGard Spectra® for Dogs is a broad-spectrum, monthly oral antiparasitic chew designed to protect dogs and puppies from a wide range of external and internal parasites. This highly palatable, beef-flavoured chew provides all-in-one protection against fleas, ticks, intestinal worms, mites, mange, and heartworm disease—making parasite control simple, effective, and stress-free.

NexGard Spectra combines two proven active ingredients:
- Afoxolaner – targets fleas, ticks, mites, and mange
- Milbemycin oxime – targets heartworms and intestinal worms
After oral administration, these actives are absorbed into the dog’s system. When parasites feed or are exposed, the ingredients overstimulate the parasites’ nervous system, leading to paralysis and death while remaining safe for the dog when used as directed.

Does not protect against tapeworms or lungworms.
- Weigh your dog to ensure correct dosing.
- Remove one chewable from the blister pack.
- Administer orally, either directly or mixed with food.
- Ensure the full chew is consumed for effective treatment.
- Give once monthly, preferably on the same date each month.
If a dose is missed, administer the chew as soon as possible and resume the monthly schedule.
